Order & Shipping Process
Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
All orders are sent by the Correos Postal Service as a registered package, delivery time is between 3-5 working days.
Orders: After successfully completing an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, normally within 30 minutes, provided the e-mail address that was entered is correct.
The day that your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, including the tracking information for the package.
